afterdarkafrica respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, send a notice to our designated agent with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work
  3. URL(s) of the infringing content on our Platform
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and phone number
  5. Consent to jurisdiction in your local federal court
  6. Agreement to accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Uploaders with multiple valid DMCA claims against them will be permanently banned.

Content Removal for Depicted Individuals

If you appear in content and want it removed (regardless of copyright), contact us at afterdarkafrica@proton.me. You do not need to submit a formal DMCA notice. We will remove content promptly upon verification.
